Dan
Dan Bailey - PGA Professional
An L&RGU County team player since the age of 14, Dan became a PGA professional in 2005. His passion lies in teaching all levels of players.
Over the past 15 years Dan has specialised in technical swing coaching, using ball flight technology and video analysis, to accompany a simple evaluation.
Holly Waterfield - PGA Trainee
Holly joined the team in October 2024 and is now in her second year of the PGA degree training programme. Holly has played golf for the county for many years and represents Lutterworth GC and plays in PGA tournaments nationwide.
She has a strong passion for coaching, particularly with juniors and women, and leads both the junior coaching at Lutterworth GC and the County junior coaching sessions, creating fun, inclusive environments that help young players build skills and confidence.
She has played county golf herself for 11 years and understands the dedication and support needed to progress, and enjoys passing on that experience to the next generation.
Holly's aim is to make the game more accessible and enjoyable for everyone, especially those new to golf. She is committed to growing the game at grassroots level, supporting players of all abilities, and helping them reach their full potential both on and off the course.
